RSDA mission is to empower women particularly young women towards building a better world by developing their capacities and to make them active contributor within the society. Therefore RSDA undertakes initiatives/programs that empower the neglected portion of women who are deprived from rights and to ensure equal rights and opportunities for them.

Rural Society Development Association (RSDA) is a non-profit, non-political development organization established in 1984 in Kurigram, Bangladesh. We work with poor and disaster-affected communities—especially women and children—to reduce poverty, build resilience, and promote gender equality. Through community-led development and humanitarian support, RSDA helps people create sustainable and dignified livelihoods.
