The Women’s Economic Empowerment & Livelihood Development Program of Rural Society Development Association (RSDA) focuses on improving the economic and social status of poor women in char and rural communities. Through group formation, savings and credit support, skills training, and income-generating activities such as agriculture, livestock rearing, fisheries, and small enterprises, the program enables women to earn income, participate in household decision-making, and gain recognition as active contributors to family and community development.
